As a native of Iowa, I began my business career for Canon USA office products division in the Chicago area. As a trainer and marketing representative for District Managers covering 12 states, I spent a dozen years with Canon before becoming a Regional Sales Manager for Sharp Electronics, where I managed and monitored sales of office products through a franchise dealer base of 52 in a 4-state region. I quickly learned that the incentive trips and bonuses I earned were the results of great customer service and in creating lasting long-term relationships with the dealers I sold to.
Shortly after moving west to Southeast Nevada in 1998, I became a Real Estate agent in Mesquite, NV. I have enjoyed the entire process a new buyer/seller must go through to own/sell a lot, build a home, or purchase/sell real estate and have learned a great deal about human engineering along the way.
Customer satisfaction, which goes hand in hand with customer service, has always been #1 with me. I pride myself in also being reliable and thorough, keeping my customers’ interest foremost in my work. If I can consistently do those things for my customers and friends, I will be successful.
On a personal note, I have a love for golf and a passion for cooking.
