Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms

  • Large cap mushrooms (works well with large portobello mushrooms too) buy as many as you want to make, the filling freezes well.
  • Worchestershire sauce
  • 1 package Stove Top Stuffing (your choice of flavor)
  • (see recipe for Spicy Sausage Dip)
Spray a large baking dish with non stick spray
Follow directions for the Spicy Sausage Dip
Wash mushrooms and take the stems out, marinate in worchestershire sauce for at least one hour.
Prepare stuffing per directions on box
Stuff mushrooms with the Spicy Sausage Dip, top with thin layer of stuffing.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until mushrooms are tender
Turn the broiler on and brown the top before taking out of oven.
